Shipping Rates

Orders with a subtotal of $150 or more receive FREE domestic standard shipping to US destinations. For all other orders, shipping rates vary based on the order subtotal.

Orders within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped USPS or UPS. We do offer shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada through USPS or FedEx International/Ground Express.

Canada

Free shipping discounts do not apply to Canada shipments. Shipping fees on orders to Canada are based on the cost to ship your order. Please note customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and potential extra fees that may be due upon delivery.

Production Times

Fabric swatch orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Swatches orders arrive in approximately 3-5 business days depending on location.

Product orders are produced using in-stock fabrics and are made-to-order in approximately 5-7 business days. When ready, your products will be shipped via USPS and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Monogrammed items are non-returnable. Production time is 7-10 business days.

Custom items are non-returnable. Production time is 7-10 business days as the items are produced as ordered.

Backorder dates are estimated. At times, these dates may be adjusted due to delays with the fabric manufacturers. We will proactively contact customers with outstanding orders to provide updated information.
