Customer satisfaction is of upmost concern to New Arrivals Inc. Most items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange. A Return Authorization request is required within 30 days from receipt of the order.
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:
• Any item that has been customized
(to include monogram items and customer’s own materials)
• Any item that has been washed or used
• Fabric by the yard
• Wide crib rail covers
• Gift Certificates
The following item are eligible for a return with Store Credit only:
• Sherpa backed blankets
• Short side rail guards
Terms and Conditions
Returned items must not be used, washed, stained or wrinkled. They must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
All items returned will be inspected by our Quality Control Team.
We require a Return Authorization (RA#) for all returns. The RA# ensures that your refund or exchange is processed correctly. Returns need to be received within 30 days from receipt of the order in its original packaging.
When receiving a refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds can only be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
We do not refund shipping charges.
When returning an item, customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for returns or exchanges. If an exchange is requested, we will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
A Return Authorization number must be obtained within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please contact customer service via email or feel free to call us at 832-544-0884. Please have the order number and last name of the contact available.
After obtaining a RA#, please ship the item(s) to the following address:
